I am looking to lease assign/ lease take over a private room with its own bathroom in a two bed two bath apartment on the 16th floor starting the month of April. The lease would be up in August but there is an opportunity to renew. The rate is at a reduced monthly cost of $900 with utilities ranging less than $100. There is a parking garage with the option to lease a space to park in for $50 a month.
There are updated washer and dryer in the apartment. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is. You have a beautiful view of Buckhead from the left side of the balcony. The building has a gym, dry cleaners, and convenience store built into it.
You would have one female roommate. Very clean and keeps to herself. LGBTQ+ friendly. No pets or children. The apartment is located 5 mins away from 400 and 5 mins away from 285. Medical station MARTA is a 5 min drive away (free parking) or a 20 min walk. Close to Kroger, Trader Joes, ALDI, Whole Foods, and so much more on Roswell Rd. There are also several Publix locations nearby and plenty of restaurants to order takeout from.

About the roomies
The Eva is a high rise in Sandy Springs behind GA 400 exit 5 and 5 minutes from Medical Station MARTA. This is a LGTBQ+ and family friendly community with a lot of young professionals living here.
There is a female roommate here that mostly keeps to herself.
