House is located in the heart of the fan, right next to everything! There is a nice size fenced in backyard, along with a front porch with seating. The house is in great shape with large ceiling and a beautiful kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer in the house! Included in rent is the water, sewage, trash and among others things for immediate move in, HEAT AND WATER! I have 1G high speed internet from Verizon along wirh HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime- just got rid of live cable.

I am a full time musician and work from home most days when I am not at the studio recording or touring on the road. I have a 3 year old Labradoodle who is always wirh me and is the sweetest thing. Your dog must be dog friendly if moving in. Cats actually don’t bother her as well. I have a random schedule but I am very polite with roommates and don’t nick pick about little things.
