About the room
The room is the first door right when you walk into the house. Older nostalgic home built in 1908. There is total of 2 bedrooms, and currently one bathroom. I am just starting to move into the house and will be building an additional bathroom for the other room not for rent. Where I will be living, the owner of the house. Great location just 1 mile from CAL BAPTIST UNIVERSITY and just a few miles to La Sierra university and UCR and RCC.
About the roomies
I am 21 and work as a construction plumber in riverside, I’m low key, low maintenance and just expect mutual respect in shared living areas. You will have your own personal detached bathroom once the other bathroom is finished and I won’t have to use it anymore. I keep to myself and am a friendly person.
