In Wesley Chapel: Hi, I have a room available for rent for $750, with all utilities included. The room is fully furnished and would share the bathroom with one another female tenant from the bedroom across the hall, if that bedroom is also being leased (currently vacant). The room is on the second floor. The house is 2,800 square feet so it is very spacious, and has extra storage space in the kitchen, laundry room, and garage. I have 2 very friendly cats so I can’t take in any other pets. The first month of rent (will prorate if needed)+ a $500 refundable security deposit is due upon moving in. I am looking for a female roommate that is clean, easy-going, & considerate. Minimum of a 3-month lease term, one person per room only, non-smoking, with proof of employment, and a clean background. Currently living in the house is me, my sister, and another female tenant. Looking for another female to rent the last vacant room :)
