We’re looking for a roommate to fill an available bedroom w/ private bathroom in our spacious fully furnished 4BED/3.5 BATH house. Also other available bedroom at $1450/mo.

The house is large at 3200sf with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms total. Multiple large common areas for lounging, large open kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, living room with working fireplace, outdoor wraparound deck for entertaining or just chilling, big yard with large pond and plenty of outdoor seating areas with an outdoor fireplace.

The house is fully furnished, all common spaces are shared of course and we have all the kitchen appliances and cookware, so no need to bring your own. If you’d like to bring something specific, that’s of course okay. The bedroom would come furnished, but if you want to bring your own furniture we can make something work.
