Kim's room

We’re in search of a new roommate in a 3 bed/3 bath, recently remodeled house right off University in North Park. It’s an awesome location - easy walk to North Park grocery, restaurants, bars, shops plus close to Balboa Park, Hillcrest, Normal Heights, and University Heights.

The room itself is quite big with more than enough room for a king bed, desk, dresser, or anything else you have - the bedroom will be unfurnished. There’s also a large closet. The bathroom is shared with the common area, though all of us use our own so it’s really just if someone is over (in pre-COVID times). The common areas are fully furnished. The kitchen has a gas range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer in the garage.

While we don’t have an exact age in mind, we are looking for someone that is professional, fun, and clean. We’ve had a few messier roommates and it doesn’t work well in the shared spaces.

There are three of us living here - 2 guys and 1 girl. Plus one awesome pup! We’re all between 27 and 34. Overall it’s an easy going group that just likes to come home to a comfortable place. We like to occasionally cook together, play outside (camping, surfing, dirt biking, we’re up for anything!), or keep it mellow with a movie/game night. Definitely don’t expect the new roomie to join but of course you would be welcome to!
