The house is located between Frances Park and Noble Woods Park in Hillsboro in a quiet cul de sac. If you enjoy walking then this is a great place for you. There are raised beds if you are interested in gardening. The room is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, a small dresser, night stand, closet storage, and mini-fridge. Street parking is available. Rent includes all utilities (water, gas, electricity, trash, internet). There is central A/C but not needed unless it is the warmest of days in the summer. Home is central to TV highway and Orenco station.

I am a single 56 year old woman with two grown children who live on their own. They come to visit twice a year. While I am a teacher who works at a local middle school, I am relatively quiet, friendly and try my best to take good care of the house. I work quite a bit on the computer but I am a church musician and typically rehearse outside of the home or on an electric piano with headsets.
