THE ROOM Furnished 1 bed/bathroom available for rent in a beautiful 2 BD, 2 BR - just bring your personal items! The 11x14 room is very spacious and has its own large walk-in closet. The room includes a bed, 4-drawer dresser, floor lamps, and desk/chair (to be added). You’ll have your own bathroom (not attached to the room). Can discuss if you would like the room unfurnished.

THE APARTMENT This rare corner-unit apartment is located on the 14th floor, has lots of natural sunlight from the large windows, and a balcony. The shared spaces are furnished (dining set to be added). The building itself has 24/7 security, a staffed front desk, fitness center (reservation currently required due to COVID), rooftop swimming pool, pool table, and business center.

LOCATION Extremely walkable and convenient location! Walking distance to the Dunn Loring metro station (approx. 5 minutes), Mosaic District (Target, restaurants, shopping), Harris Teeter/Mom’s Organic, Farmer’s Market (every Sunday), Inova Primary Care/Urgent Care, Orange Theory/Corepower Yoga, etc. Easy access to major highways and roads (495, 50, 66). 10 minutes away from Tysons Corner. 25-30 minutes away from both DCA and IAD airports.

I am a female professional in my late 20s working full time (WFH during COVID and will be primarily WFH post-pandemic as well - luckily I don’t usually have many calls during the day and tend to work in my room!). In my free time, I like hiking/going for walks, reading, watching TV, doing puzzles, and playing board games. I’m quiet, respectful, clean (but not a neat freak), friendly, and extra cautious about covid - looking for someone that is similar! I am mostly home right now except for getting groceries and may occasionally see a few friends (outdoors, masks on). Since I’ll be spending most of my time in the apartment, I would like to be friends with my roommate, but also okay with keeping to myself.
