This is an upstairs condominium . Month to month contract, All utilities included,kitchen utensils for use, reasonable amount of bathroom essentials, guest parking space and WiFi . Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining table and living room space. No laundry room, no microwave (stove top and oven only), no coffee machine, room temperature no lower than 80 degrees unless it naturally drops with ac off (but have electric fans).For security purposes, there is a camera in the kitchen and outside of main entrance door as well as some cameras all around the complex. Keyless code entry lock on private rooms and main entrance. No pets allowed.
