SSU is a 7 minute drive or a 12 minute bike ride. It’s only an 11 minute drive to the Petaluma SRJC. The SMART train is just a mile away, easy walk or bike ride.

It’s in a peaceful, quiet, tucked away location.

Looking for a roommate for the upstairs. Shared bathroom with one other male, who is moving out later this year. Seeking either a student or a working professional who is on the quieter side. The room is located upstairs and would share a full bath with a nice sized closet. The house has a furnished, shared living room/kitchen and comes with a washer/dryer in the laundry room.

Friends and get-togethers are okay (after the pandemic), everyone likes to be social. But no partying, no drugs, no smoking in the house, and quiet times between 11pm to 8am. I have a kitty, sorry no more pets. House chores are done as needed, mostly weekly. One in complex parking spot to be shared by rotation between the 2 of you. Street parking is available.

$800.00 rent, prorated, and $800.00 deposit

Rent is due on the 1st. Utilities are split three ways.

I’m 28, almost 29 and work full time in IT. The other roommate is 23 and works at a startup. We both work remotely, though I go into the office on occasion but have almost zero risk due to precautions. We both kind of stick to our rooms.
