It’s a secured TRIPLEX (3 individual units combined into one building) snugged behind the main house. The entrance is through the side gate. This cozy property includes:

• 1 bathroom (single guest)
• private kitchen

• nice sitting area in the garden/backyard

Due to limited space, it can accommodate one person. No AC and heater are included. Property is located in North Long Beach near the 91/ 710 Freeway. Walking distance to the parks and good food places around the area.

My family live in the front house and I live in one of the units in the back. We all enjoy cooking. ALOT. I’m a homebody person who lives with my dog, Miko, who is super friendly with other humans.

Someone is usually home majority of the time, so if you ever need help, we’re there to help you! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood
