Aswan's room

The house is in North Hills, inside a community of similar homes. It’s a quite neighborhood with schools, shops, grocery stores and and access to both the 5 and 405 freeway.

It’s a 5 bedroom, 3 bathrooms house. I only have a maximum of 4 people living here. You would be the 4th.

It’s a perfect location, as we always seem to be out of danger from 🔥’s and we are only 15minutes from hollywood, 13minutes from Universal Studios, 20minutes from Six Flags - with no traffic of course 😂. That time may double but often times it never doubles.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, responsible and considerate of other people things.
