Very nice community, calm, quiet, and respectful. The community has tennis courts and a pool. The room is perfect for a single person. Private bathroom with a small closet located in the bathroom. Room does NOT come furnished. Water, electricity (house does not use gas), and internet is included in the monthly rent. And a contract will be established before moving in.

I live with my girlfriend. It is just us 2 with our little golden doodle puppy, he is very quiet and doesn’t really bark a lot. My girlfriend works from home and I go to school everyday. We don’t go out as much unless it’s for a special occasion and we sometimes have friends and family over. We are social, friendly, and outgoing but are also respectful of people’s privacy and space.
