Hello everyone,

A spacious private room in Daybreak, South Jordan will be available for rent starting March 1st. The lease is until August 31st, but can extend after if needed. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms each with its own walk-in closet and private bathroom.

NOTE: The pictures provided is from the Olympus website. It shows the layout of the apartment, but the furnishing is just for display. There is furniture in the apartment, but the rooms and bathroom will be unfurnished. Please contact me to view the apartment, do a video call for a tour, or receive pictures.

There is an in-unit washer/dryer, small balcony, and central AC/heater, internet, and trash valet. The apartment complex has a gym, pool, ample parking, and next to a lake. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate two beds if friends want to room together. Living area has 2 couches, a dining table and chairs. Please feel free to bring whatever you like.

The Daybreak community is also up and coming with many new neighborhoods, restaurants, shops, and a beautiful lake to kayak for free if you are a resident! The pictures I provided are model apartments, but look exactly the same inside, just different furniture..

About You:

• Respectful and clean up after yourselves.
• Be able to pay rent on time.
• Good for a professional, college student, or graduate student.

About the rent for the whole unit (per month):

• Rent (1510/month)
• Utilities (60-80/month)

Rent base should be about $850-870/month includes internet, trash valet, and rental fees. The above prices will be divided by you and Jason.

About the housemate:
