Avocado Street

The Apartment:

One bedroom in this large, 1,882 sq. ft. apartment in Los Feliz. We have a small private patio, central AC/Heating, dishwasher, Internet, a brand new tv, record player, and plenty of storage. Also there are 2 private garage parking spots that will be rotated once my other roommate gets a car but will be all yours until then (plenty of street parking nearby as well). Utilities -PG&E and Internet are approximately ($150-200) per month, which we’d split 3 ways. Gardener and parking are all included in rent!

The Location:

The apartment is located on Avocado St. off of Hillhurst and is walking distance to Griffith Park and is only minutes away from the 5 FWY, Hollywood and Glendale. The apartment is right across the street from famous Italian restaurant Little Dom’s where Ryan Gosling is said to be a regular at if that matters to you. Walking distance to Lassens, Albertsons, Coffee Bean, and all of the trendy Hillhurst and Franklin coffee shops and restaurants you could possibly ask for!

The Roommates:

23 and 24 year old males. We are into film and television (planning on getting a projector for the living room at some point), basketball, video games, music and more! Elliot is working from home as a 3d designer and I am currently a freelance video editor who graduated from Northeastern University last year. We both are definitely night owls as well.
