Large master bedroom with own bathroom (shower only, no bathtub), sliding glass door to covered patio/deck and yard. Includes utilities, internet, lots of extra space for storage. No pets. No cigarette smoking. Responsible use of 420 ok with me but no growing. Application and approval through property management company required. Year lease also desired upon move in with property management, but I would work things out if there was a need to move sooner and cover the expenses until another tenant could be obtained so don’t let the commitment scare you. I’m extremely easy going although I like to keep a nice home and want to live with a responsible and clean person. Full use of kitchen, living and dining room, yard and garden beds, laundry facilities. Walking distance to nice park and many shops and restaurants but set off the main road with a little extra privacy.

It’s just me, 43 year old single woman. No pets, no children at home, no boyfriend and not in any hurry for one. I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself mainly although I can be sociable and enjoy playing music at times. I work full time (mainly from home) so I am home a lot. I’m peaceful, respectful, responsible, yet open minded and fun and am seeking a similar vibe to share space with.
