Hello, looking to rent out the room I am currently under a lease on. The remaining of the lease is 5 months, the rent will be 375 a month shared bathroom and common living areas. Utilities are additional but don’t exceed 50 dollars. There are two other rooms in the apartment in which are being occupied by the 3 other female roommates. Everyone gets along well and normally tend to keep to themselves. Message me if interested or have any further questions.
