We have beautifully furnished rooms available for rent in our pool house at Legacy Park in Davenport, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in a very convenient area, close to shopping, and major roads. It is off USHwy 27 and 2 miles South of I-4 and 1 miles of US 92, 12 minutes to Walt Disney World. We have Publix around the corner, Aldi and Walmart within 5 minutes.

There are plenty of areas in the house to relax, study, work or just sit quietly and catch up on a good book. A refreshing, sparkling screened in south east facing (all day sun) pool compliments the completely fenced outdoor space. We have a brand new outdoor summer kitchen which includes a grill, a side burner, a refrigerator and plenty of outdoor seating. If you’d rather just lay out and get a little sun, there are comfortable lounge chairs on the pool deck for you to sit back and relax with the benefit of a fully secure privacy fence around the perimeter and breathtaking sunsets.

ALL ROOMS come fully furnished and include all of your utilities, WiFi, use of the common areas and each room comes equipped with a smart TV, mini refrigerator and microwave.

ROOM #2: Spacious furnished Private Room with a large closet, working station with a desk and chair, WiFi, smart TV and mini refrigerator. Newly remodeled bathroom (shared with one roomate next door) and there’s also another half bathroom at the ground floor. This room rents for $850 monthly.

GROUND FLOOR SUITE WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE: Clean tastefully furnished suite with a brand new remodeled bathroom. With a Private Entrance, you are able to walk out of your room and enjoy your morning coffee at the pool! This room rents for $1100 monthly.

This is our vacation home and we rent the spare rooms all year around. We’re all young prfessionals working full time. Very friendly, respectful and easygoing.
