House is centrally located and perfect for commuters; it takes equal time/distance to travel to Chantilly, Springfield, and Arlington (~20 mins depending on traffic), and is also less than 10 minutes away from GMU, VRE/Metro, and Paradise Springs Winery in Clifton. Nearest major intersection is Route 123 & Fairfax Country Parkway (286) which is ~ 5 mins down the street. It is secluded enough to enjoy a peace of mind when done for the day, yet close enough to avoid the heavy traffic on I-66 and I-95.

Two of the rooms have wall-mounted TVs and are fully furnished, 1 room is vacant for tenant design and furnishing. Basement is fully finished with a 2nd kitchen, darts, ping-pong table, and movie room. Additionally, there is a home gym in a detached building on the property. Electric shared, but water, internet, cable, and other services are included in the price. Ample storage is also available if needed. Entertaining company is possible, but it would need to be coordinated and all other roommates would need to be okay with it ‘prior’ to the event date (including myself). Everyone should be able to be comfortable and happy while residing at this residence.

Ideal candidates would be professionals, geo-bachelors, small families, and possibly motivated college kids at GMU. I’m looking for individuals who are respectfully and courtesy of other roommates property and space; stealing is automatic grounds for termination of contract agreement. Background check will be required as all parties should be able to feel safe and secure. Cleaning responsibilities for common areas (kitchen and bathrooms) will be shared by all tenants based off a monthly schedule. A maid service could be added if enough parties are interested.

This is literally a care-free paradise in the heart of northern Virginia. I’m hoping to find others who can appreciate the location and are looking to enjoy easy living. A boat-owning roommate would be highly welcome and the boat could be stored on the property, but all interested parties are free to apply.

Additionally, covered garage parking is also available for consideration at an additional charge (if interested). Lastly, tenants without pet will be prioritized before tenants requesting an accompanying animal. Previous tenants unfortunately changed my viewpoint on additional animals in the household.
