Hello, I am renting one of the rooms of my apartment. I did rent it for my boyfriend and I but we really don´t need 2 rooms so we are renting the other one. We are looking to rent the room month to month, we are waiting to receive news about a new job offer my partner got in Texas. If we have to move out we will give you 30 days notice to vacate the room. The rent will be $1200 including the bills plus the internet. I will only ask for a $500 deposit whenever you move. I am looking for a CLEAN and responsible person. I do not like mess in the shared areas, again CLEAN, I want to make this clear. I had roomates in the past that didn´t even flush the toilet.
