Black Mountain Road

I live in a 2bed/2bath condo located in Mira Mesa at Black Mountain Rd and Carroll Canyon Rd. I’m looking to rent out my second room with a short term/month to month rental agreement, just to make sure we are the right fit for each other! My unit is on the second floor (great privacy), with a balcony (trying my hand at being a plant person, maybe your green thumb is better than mine…). Recently renovated and painted. Kitchen and living room is fully furnished. Parking and laundry on site. The complex is super close to I-15 freeway, Miramar Community College, and all the shopping/restaurants on Mira Mesa Blvd.

I’m the only one currently living in the condo. I’m 29 and work at a corporate office; I do still go into my work building (monday-friday) rather than working remotely like many others during the pandemic. My previous roommate worked from home so it worked very well that she had the place to herself during the days. I like to keep my home and space clean and organized (total virgo, if you like astrology haha). I’m down to hang out but also happy to respect your privacy; whatever you prefer! I love listening to podcasts, reading, binge watching netflix and all things disney and harry potter!
