About the room
We are renting out a private room that with access to your own bathroom. The rental property is in a quiet neighborhood and community friendly. No smoking and no drugs. This room is strictly 6 months minimum stay, This is a single space occupancy, and we are asking only those that are Covid-19 responsible to rent the above room.
About the roomies
We are a family of 3 (husband, wife and a 2 year old boy). Our son enjoys blues clues Nick Jr series and believes Thomas the train is a bad train. My wife and I live a quiet life, but we also enjoy vacationing as a family. My wife and I have both begin vaccinated against Covid-19 and are Covid-19 negative. You will share the kitchen with the rest of the household including the living area.
