It’s a historic neighborhood, one block off City Avenue, one block from the Septa Train Station (Thorndale/Paoli) regional rail line - takes 10 minutes to Center City Philadelphia 3 major stops (30th Street Station, Suburban Station, Jefferson Station). Castle like house - 127 years old made of stone - 3 stories). Room is on third floor, oval in shape, comfortably furnished, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, large closet. Bathroom is a few feet away and shared with one other person. You have shared use of downstairs rooms including kitchen using all appliances, dishes and cookware. There is a big wrap around back porch/deck also for your use. Room is located on second floor (with shared bathroom by one other person )a few feet away.
