The property is located in Enchanted Hills near 550 and 528. Shopping down the street (Home Depot, Walmart, Albertsons, Walgreens, Ross, Michael’s, several restaurants and bars) as well as the Santa Ana Casino and Bernalillo. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. A middle school is in the area.

One person lives in the house. Work from home at times. Responsible, positive energy, clean, athletic, hard-working, and Respectful of boundaries. Enjoy my privacy. Works out and travels often (outside of Covid). Covid responsible. It’s a 2 story. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. The bedroom is upstairs across from the master. You’d have your own room and bathroom.
