-Lease is year to year starting from move in date

-Rent is $900/month including water. Gas+electric+internet usually total to around $100/room/month

-Street parking available; house has a 2 car driveway

-Washer + Dryer on unit

-Plenty of storage/cabinet space

-Previous tenant dropped out, so move in would be whenever works best for you and the paperwork is signed.

-Near several bus stops (6, 1, 7, 215)

-Amazing taco truck 50 feet away, 7 days a week

-Currently hosts 2 humans, 1 dog, and 1 bearded dragon. No cats allowed on the property at this time. If you have a well behaved dog and are interested in the space, please be sure to bring your pet with you when you see the house :)

Hello! My name is Zach and I’ve lived on the property since July 2018. I work as a counselor for children in foster care. I’m generally friendly, though I tend to keep to myself on the day-to-day. I have a pet bearded dragon I bring out of my room often. His name is Mattachine.

I checked the ‘LGBT friendly’ box, but what I mean is that Gilbert and I are both gay and don’t put up with homophobia 🤟

Gilbert moved in at the beginning of March and is friendly, neat, and easy going. His dog Marley is a chill, sweet, 13 year old husky+pitbull mix.
