This a fabulous unfurnished private bedroom, closet and bathroom in a Chandler home located in an active adult community with access to resort style amenities! (e.g., art classes, pool, library, tennis, restaurant, etc…) The home is located a short distance from the community clubhouse where you can get as involved in community activities as you’d like. Electricity, Water, Sewer, Trash is Included. $50 application fee. There’s even a post office in the community! There is a parking spot included in the carport at the home also.

You’re roomie is one very friendly, retired, female senior citizen who likes a tidy home, seeking a similar roomie. You will be sharing a fully furnished kitchen, living and dining space. There is also a washer and dryer in the home that you are welcome to use.
