Looking to rent our master bedroom (bathroom in room $1,100) and our secondary master bedroom (bathroom in hall $1,000) In our townhome. We are looking to travel for the next year so you would only be living with one other person (2 total) when we find both renters.

• share extra room/office/flex loft
• shared laundry room in basement
• assigned parking directly in front of Home
• end unit
• shared fenced backyard with deck/ grill
• can be furnished/ partially furnished or move furniture
• Utilities would be $150 (internet, water, electric, gas, trash, sewer). Does not include lawn care.

We would be moving most of our belongings to the basement and if we ever needed to come home on occasion would stay in the basement. Great, clean home. One small dog but again, we won’t be living there. We can keep all main furniture/ household items for your use or can move things to the basement. Parking right in front of home, end unit. Small fenced backyard with grill. Half bath on main level. Access to all Ashburn Village amenities. Utilities would be $150 extra. ( water, gas, heat, trash, internet). Does not include lawn care.

TBD you can meet them beforehand since we will be screening two people to live together we want you guys to be comfortable with each other. We are Tim and Emily! A married couple in their 30’s who both work from home, love trying new restaurants, and are easy going!
