Medium-sized house (1560 sq. ft) with a BIG backyard. Plenty of room for dogs run around! Back patio is fully covered and has a retractable sun shade.

All utilities included (water / gas/ electric) plus WI-FI will be covered by me.

Neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained– city is in the process of upgrading sidewalks and repaving streets. BA Public Schools also has an Early Childhood center three blocks into the neighborhood (very safe area!). You’ll be less than a mile from the Creek Turnpike and about two miles from the Rose District (bars / restaurants / shopping). Also 1-2 miles from a grocery store and pharmacy.

You’ll have a furnished bedroom with a window and walk-in closet and a full bathroom just for you, right down the hallway.

I will do all yard work and handle any home repairs that might arise if you’ll just keep your personal area in order.

Single homeowner with a small dog (Shih Tzu / Jack Russell mix). I’m a high school teacher, so I’m gone throughout the morning and into the late afternoon / early evening. Currently pursuing a masters degree in Education Administration and Supervision.

I’m also a military veteran– I appreciate people who clean up after themselves and take responsibility for their actions. Moderate drinker, occasional pipe and cigar smoker, doesn’t indulge in cannabis but doesn’t mind if you do– just use it on the patio.
