Approx. 10 minute drive to downtown, very close to UT, easy access to 35 and/or 183 I’m looking for a roommate to share a lovely mid-century modern homestead in the Windsor Park neighborhood. The kitchen is spacious and modern. The bathroom has been remodeled (you would share with one other person). There are perennial gardens in the front, veggie and herb gardens in the back, fruit and pecan trees, and chickens!

A little about me…I’m a female in my mid 30’s. I work in web development and am in nursing school. I spend the majority of my time at my boyfriend’s house, so I am not home very much. I’m clean and hope you are too. I love to cook and garden. Before this crazy time, I enjoyed going to festivals, doing acrobatics and dancing. I am COVID-conscious. I am careful about who I’m around and keep exposure it to a minimum. There is one other roommate (the primary person you’d be sharing the house with). She is upbeat, kind and laid back. She works professionally as a designer and likes to spend her free time outdoors.
