The house is locate in the nice, safe and clean community of Cutler Bay, in Miami, FL. The room is on the second level of the house. It has a big street view window, full size bed, night table, big closet, four drawer chest with mirror, tv stand and full size wall mirror. It includes parking space, cable, Internet, use of washer and dryer and moderate use of the kitchen. Looking for a female 35 years and up that works during the day.

The owner (me) is a reliable mature women that respect people's privacy. I have a full tome job. I spend my spare time cleaning and organizing my house. I expect from anybody living in the house to be also respecfull, clean and reliable. The other person living in the house is also a nice and mature lady. She is been living in the house for the past four years.
