“Beautiful three bedroom, one and a half bathroom apartment, recently renovated. Gas burning stove, Dishwasher and fridge included. Large carpeted living room area. Kitchen and two bedrooms have beautiful laminate flooring.

Currently has one tenant, looking for at least one more, preferably two. Rent is $1,400 per month; split between two people, rent is $700, and between three it’s $466.

Current tenant has cookware and dishes and is willing to share.

Must meet credit threshold (640), and have a clean criminal record. Applicants must pay a $40 check for both of these.
