Room is a little over 500sq ft, private entrance, bathroom with shower, kitchen, washer and dryer and built in vacuum. It is a studio apartment. My house is about 4000sq ft on 5 acres of forest in Mahcias. I have one other room mate who lives above you, I am off to the side. She has been here for 20 years and acts as a co-property manager. I am a semi-retired engineer, musician and poet. We are both private, quiet, liberal minded, eco-friendly and human friendly.
