North 2nd Street

Hello! My current roommate is relocating for a new job, so I’m looking for a female roommate to fill the second bedroom of an awesome 2 Bed/2 Bath bi-level apartment in Northern Liberties! The lease would begin July 1st, with move in available at the end of June/beginning of July.

Apartment: You will have your own private bedroom & bathroom on the first floor that faces the courtyard. The shared kitchen, living room and laundry/ workout space also occupy the first floor, with the apartment entry and second bed/bath on the second floor. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms and living room. Bedroom comes with closet, curtains, ceiling fan and headboard/shelving above bed. There are also storage shelves in the bathroom! Common spaces are already furnished, so you would just be responsible for your room. Dishwasher, microwave, laundry in-unit. Fitness center & outdoor pool area also included, as well as a secured package room!

Getting around: 8 mins by car to center city, close to Girard & Spring Garden MFL station stops and several bus stops nearby. On a main street with tons of restaurants, shops, nightlife, 2 grocery stores just steps away. There is a residential parking garage available for an extra monthly fee.

I’m a 26 year old young professional in the architecture industry working from home during the weekdays. I am quiet, respectful and tend to keep to myself but I wouldn’t mind hanging out/exploring the city with my roommate if open to it! Some of my hobbies are drawing, reading, watching Netflix, hiking/exploring the city, and going to the gym.
