I am looking for a mature and professional roommate. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is a combination of retired individuals and families. Washer and Dryer as well as dishwasher in home. Wood Burning fireplace. Home is fully furnished through out except for Bed/Bath which are for rent. The backyard is private and has a patio and fire pit for relaxing. The room has a very large closet 7 feet long by 2.4 feet wide and the room is well sized 10 feet by 11 feet. The bathroom is a full bathroom with large cabinet. The home is walking distance to the petroglyphs and other walking trails in the area, and there is a park blocks away for walking pets or having a picnic. There is some garage space for some storage of boxes and items. This room can be available as soon as June 1st.

I have a MA from UNM and work for the public schools. Gideon is my hypoallergenic Morkie puppy, he loves belly rubs and to play fetch. I am an introvert and prefer to be home, and be quiet watching movies, reading, painting, working on the computer. I have friends or family over maybe once a week sometimes just once a month due to practicing safe covid. I enjoy camping, hiking, and yardwork and landscaping. I am very clean and organized in shared spaces, especially the kitchen. I am looking for a roomie who is quiet and professional.
