A nice small bedroom (furnished for now but can be unfurnished) in a 3B 2B apartment in a safe gated community. Common area furnished and Washer, Dryer in unit. Restaurants at walking distance and close to grocery store. Community amenities including gym, hot tub, pool, dog park, etc. A pets-friendly community so pet owners are welcome!
