Hello, I’m looking to transfer my lease as I’m moving out. The apartment is located in Chinatown, close to Jefferson station (walking distance). The move-in date is likely to be June,1st. The lease goes until October,1st. You are free to renew it if you like or just leave when the lease ends. You will have your OWN private bathroom. You will share the apartment with two other girls. You have laundry-on site. The location is great. Plenty of public transportation and many places at walking distance. I’m looking for someone responsible and only female roommates. You will have to go through a background check, credit score and proof of income. If you have any questions, please let me know. Rent is 576$ without utilities(they range from 50-60$ a month). You will need to pay first, last month and security deposit.
