Kyle's room

Room is located it a quiet neighborhood in ceres. Carpet is fairly new in the room. Renters have access to the kitchen and the washer and dryer in the garage. There is also a refrigeratorin the garage that is reserved for the renters. We all pitch in to keep our shared areas clean.

There are 3 people staying in the house right now. It’s a 4 bedroom house. We all work most of the days so our utility usage is low which keeps cost down for everyone. I have two dogs that are very friendly and will be in the house in the evenings. We are all easy going guys that get along great.
