About the rental space…

Easy walking to public transit and great neighborhood. The Bedroom does not come furnished. Two other tenants will also be living in the home…

1 of The standard rooms is available still. Bathroom is being shared with 1 other tenant.

1st month rent is $1,000. Required upfront before signing, then the monthly rent will drop to $600 per month. NO security deposit is required. Background check is required.

No couples. Master room is occupied with 1 couple.

You’re allowed to bring anything you would like to use for the kitchen with my approval. Fridge, dishes, washer machine, tables. etc…

No Cats,Dogs. there’s enough on the property. Utilities included (WiFi, water, electric, gas) Laundry is NOT available on property.

Parking space is LIMITED in front of garage/ House.
