About the room
Rent includes all utilities + wifi. Dog and fat cat in home~ must be tidy & respectful. If you’re used to keeping your room a mess and not looking after yourself then please look elsewhere! Bathroom is shared between you and other roommate. Not looking for someone with lots of drama or who constantly comes in and out of home 20x a day. I’d prefer someone who also works or is a student as well. Smoke free, drug free home. Stable income is a must.
I have asthma so no smoking in home. Large unfenced hard. Cats are welcome but no dogs and please look after your pets + your space.
IM STRICT ON NO DOGS IN MY HOME! the reason being that I already have a dog and I’m also allergic. One dog is enough(she is kept outdoors). I do not care if you have a small or toy breed dog who is well behaved and hypoallergenic. I’m allergic and don’t want my home smelling like dogs constantly anyway. Cats and other small animals are fine.
About the roomies
Both females in home are students/workers and we’re looking for someone like-minded.
Since I study online, I’m usually home mainly all day long while I’m doing my coursework or attending classes. I’m extroverted but it’s important to me that I have a quiet living space while doing my coursework online. I’d only leave home about once a day if I have to and might just start spending my days in the library instead. Otherwise I’m very friendly and sociable(providing that you’re COVID-negative). Pre-COVID, I traveled a lot and also volunteered a lot. My time not spent studying is spent writing, managing my small at home business, listening to music, trying new recipes and more. I can be quiet at first but I’m super outgoing once I open up to you!
Other roommate is also friendly but keeps to herself. She is a mature woman who is also a healthcare professional and spends majority of her time at work. When not at work, she reads a lot and also studies. Very sociable and likes watching the news, going for walks or hikes.
Both of us are multilingual(Fluent in spanish!)
