The home is within minutes of shopping and restaurants as well as highway 27 and the turnpike. Brand new community which will have a resort style pool clubhouse and gym amenities among others that are not complete at this time but coming soon. Living in the home is Darrell age 63 very laid-back easy-going personality retired disabled and Simmie 67 also retired.
