Bedroom doors have locks on them, rooms have ceiling fans. Hardwood floor in the kitchen and bathrooms. The apartment itself though is very nice and it is brand new! I was actually the first one to move into the building in January 2021. The washer and dryer is energy sufficient and there is a Vivint Security. The neighbors are very welcoming and nice. The apartment is also gated. Looking for a roommate for one month

I’m 22 years old, I’m license health insurance agent. I work from home Monday through Friday 7 AM to 4 PM. I like to keep clean, i’m also pretty homebodied haha. (You mainly just have to keep clean and do a few chores here & there) I do have an ESA, he is a maltipoo. I would like to meet with you before hand just to make sure it’s the right fit (:
