Unfurnished private room and shared bathroom in two bedroom apartment in a large 300+ apartment community. Common area fully furnished. All utilities are included in rent, and there laundry in-unit. Community has pool, club house, and lots of parking.

I’m 20 and I work a 9-5 as a Junior Loan Officer. I’m a full time student as well, I’m rarely home because of that. I clean up after myself and mind my own business. I’m a big foodie, thrift shopper, actively go to the gym, and I tend to host quite a bit on the weekends. The apartment complex is Waterford Place Apartments if you’d like to google it.
