-It’s a 6-month sublease, March 1-end of August. -Able to move in last weekend in February, currently offering the first month free! -Utilities are split evenly and come out to around $65-$80 per month. -Heat and hot water included in rent. -The room comfortably fits a queen-size bed OR a full-size bed with other furniture- willing to sell my full-size bed/mattress. -Has amazing closet space and overhead closet storage. -Great natural light in the entire apartment. Common areas are furnished. -Located near Carl Schurz Park and the 90th St Ferry Stop, only a few Avenues from Central Park and The Met. -The neighborhood is family-oriented, but just 2 blocks away are bars and restaurants! -The Q subway line is on 83rd and the 4,5,6 is available on 86th. -No pets or couples, please. -There shouldn’t be a deposit, since I am still on the lease, but if there is it is one month of rent.

Roommate is a woman in her early 20s, who works for a wellness PR firm from home. She knows all the best spots for bottomless brunch in the city. She also enjoys watching RomComs, Kitchen Nightmares, and reading when she’s not exploring the city.
