About the location: Walking distance to Pierce College, Metro Orange Line, Freeways, Ventura Blvd., restaurants including InNOut, Wahoo’s, El Pollo Loco, Coffee Bean & Sol Y Luna (really awesome Mexican food & margaritas). Also close to CSUN, Warner Center, Westfield Topanga, Village & Promenade, and world-class beaches. Vintage Mid-Century charm in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the heart of the Valley. Plenty of street parking available.
About us: We are a married couple in our 30’s. Non-smokers. Very active and into fitness. We have one cat, so we ask for cat-friendly roommates only. No other pets can be accommodated, as our cat is a lone wolf :) We both work from home, so we are around a lot. At night we relax and keep to ourselves. We don’t host a lot of parties or guests. Mostly just a lot of TV-watching and eating. The house is pretty clean majority of the time, unless we are making repairs or life just gets crazy.
