Sixth Avenue

There is a balcony out front and a big yard out back, ample kitchen space, dining room, TV/gaming area, plenty of space for three guys, two bathrooms (one is shared), and the room has two windows, a closet, and space for both a desk and full+ bed.

We both love to cook and play video games, musical instruments, occasional board games etc. Cleanliness is very welcome. We’re both Christian and would appreciate the opportunity to share that in community with the new roomie, but as long as we can live in peace together, we’ll get along!

Our previous roommate graduated and moved out recently, so we’re looking for someone at least through July and are currently planning on renewing for another year.
