We’re looking for a personable and responsible housemate to rent/lease large bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bath remodeled home in Glen Park. One person please - no couples.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (PGE, Water, Garbage, WiFi, Netflix)

Large room is in front of the house with a partial southern view. There is a free space park behind house (Dorothy Erskin free space park), with a redwood deck so it has a nice private rural feel. New gas barbeque available on deck Shared bathroom has a deep sink and has a shower over spa tub Shared kitchen has 16 cu ft refrigerator and 16 cu ft. freezer and modern appliances, lots of space and is pretty well stocked with microwave, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Laundry in the garage, washer and dryer Some storage avail in the garage area All dishes, cookware and utensils avail for your use Easy Parking on the street, not metered

Owner has a small dog named Wynnie. She is super friendly (see pic). No other pets please.

House has Wi-Fi and Cable. Flat screen tv in living room. Within walking distance to Bart (it is uphill from Bart to the house so it is great exercise). Minutes to Glen Park Canyon shops and public transport and commute buses. It’s a great safe neighborhood close to everything you need. HWY 101/280, shopping…etc.

Street parking is usually plentiful and street cleaning comes two days out of the month.

Generally, the house is pretty quiet, leading our own lives but like to hang out too. Friends/Family welcome to spend time over. Knowing each housemate has varying schedules we try to keep a relaxing environment.

This is a non-smoking household …no drugs or 420 inside house or excessive drinkers, pretty chill, non- judgmental and progressive - live and let live. We can easily share a cocktail, beer or glass of wine, meal etc.

Room Rent is $1350/month utilities included (cable, Wi-Fi, pge, garbage, water)

First and Last months rent plus $400 security deposit due to secure space. Total move in amount is $3100

Owner of the house owns her own business on the Peninsula - works a lot!!! Housemate that has the smaller room on the same floor as you is a male late 20s that works FT and works from home a few days a week. The house is easy to keep tidy and we share chores which are pretty minimal.
