Smoking is not allowed in the house, so if you do, take it outside. Sorry, NO pets. Only looking for one person to fill the room, not two. The house has two common areas. One of the areas is being used as an office/workplace that you’re welcome to set up your desk in. A lot of individuals are having to work from home so this area could be beneficial to you. The rooms have huge, panoramic windows that bring in lots of natural light. We have parking available in driveway, front of house, and garage. Noise level is quiet in this neighborhood.

The house is seven minutes from New Seasons/Fred Meyer, 10 minutes from Washington Square Mall, and 13 minutes to get into Portland. I love living here because it is close to everything, yet the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful.

If you need a place with a little extra storage, we have a garage with room for a few things so that would not be a problem.

Mainlander will do the background/credit check and verification of income for the official process of approval.

We are a house of three looking for another to replace the roommate that is leaving. One room is available starting March 9. If you need to start moving earlier, we may be able to work something out as well. This room shares a bathroom with our other housemate.

We’re looking for a laid back, chill roommate, or professional. One housemate works for a utilities company from home, but it’s all set up in their room as to not bother any of the other roommates who may be there. The other roommates have similar schedules and one often takes weekend trips. The household as it is now is really relaxed and out of each other’s business. The household getting along is just as important as it being a household that also has their own lives. I want to maintain a drama free environment where everyone feels like they can relax when they’re at home.
