Wayne's room

The room has a ceiling fan, closet has a big overhead where you can place more stuff. The area has grocery stores, diners, drug stores, post office, cleaners, laundromat, bars all within walking distance.

I consider myself to be a nice, friendly person. I would like a roommate who is the same. Just someone to get along. I will respect you & you’ll respect me. Someone who will pay rent on time.
