Looking for a female professional to fill our spare bedroom in Round Rock (between 35 and 130), beginning May 21st through March 31st, 2022. Rent is $550 + utilities per month (utilities can be around $150 per month aprox ) there is a $550 deposit required and a background check.

The room we are offering is unfurnished and you’ll be sharing a bathroom.

The house is 2100 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2 bath. It was renovated 2019 and there is a fenced in backyard with a porch.

We currently don’t have pets and we are not accepting pets.

We like to keep the house clean and friendly and be respectful of each space. It’d be great if you’re the same.

You´ll live with 2 female roomates, Megan age 37 and Thalia age 25 both work outside home 7am to 5pm aprox we are looking for someone on the same age range and someone that can keep their area clean specially the areas we share.
