About the room
First month free! (March) A great one bedroom apartment! Very big room and living room area. Bathroom has a door to split the shower/toilet from the double sink area. Bedroom furniture not included. Not far from beach and freeway but in quite part of IV. Great parks for dog walks. Can either take the bedroom for full amount or the living room split area for 800 or can’t split the bedroom. I’m open to whatever.
About the roomies
I work two jobs (sushi bar & horse ranch) and have a lot of fur babies. 2 cats 1 dog 1 snake and a horse. They all get along with people and other animals. I keep clean and cook when I’m off work. I enjoy physics lectures in my free time but also will happily binge watch a series together.
